If you sign up before July 1, dues are $40 which covers the year until Dec 1 of that year.
If you sign up between July 1 and Sept 30, dues are $20 which covers through Dec 31 of that year.
If you sign up Oct 1 to Dec 31, dues are $40 which covers the 3 months if that year plus the entire following year.
